M = Marketing - How you and your partners go to market and the tools you make available will determine how well you can execute. Joint activities such as lead generation, events as well as co-branding and co-funding help to align objectives, create traction and optimise execution.
P = Proposition & Partner Programme - having the right number of USPs, features and competitiveness is essential for any partner to feel they can differentiate with your proposition. This has a direct consequence on the level of focus and investment the partner is prepared to make. Wrapping this within a partner programme provides a framework for you and your partners to grow and share success.
